Breakfast in Courtice/Oshawa

I would like to find a breakfast place that simply has real homefries...the kind that they have peeled & cooked, not frozen. I used to know of a great place that had them, but now I find them very greasy. Any ideas???

If you want to drive a little further east, there is the Olympic Restaurant on King St in Bowmanville. I haven't been for awhile, but it is one of those classic greasy spoons with the standard all day breakfast deals. If memory serves me well, I believe their homefries are homemade.

How about just a place for breakfast in Oshawa then? I know of Isabella's in downtown Oshawa.. but that's a cafe style place, no eggs.. just pastries. Any place to recommend?
