My rice pilaf came out a little mushy

Is there anything else I can do with it? I'm thinking some kind of fried rice cake thing but I've never made anything like that.

  1. This is gonna sound odd, but I've had success dehyrdrating rice dishes by spreading out on a sheet pan, and putting in the oven at 400.

    Otherwise, add to an omelette or make a pilaf bread :-)
