Burrata
I just read an LA Times article on burrata that left me panting. Does anyone in Phoenix or within 300 miles make it? Do any of you know Chris Bianco and can you convince him to make this stuff (drool ...)?

Taggia (http://www.taggiascottsdale.com/) makes it. They made it with roasted beets, arugula, and almonds at the Slow Food Phoenix Farm Tour and it was excellent.
