I just read an LA Times article on burrata that left me panting. Does anyone in Phoenix or within 300 miles make it? Do any of you know Chris Bianco and can you convince him to make this stuff (drool ...)?
Claudio has it on the menu but the AJ's on 44th street and Camelback gets it in every so often from the same purveyor that Claudio uses. Just ask Kara, head of the cheese dept., to call you when it comes in. That company also makes ricotta that is insane.
