I tend to drain and freeze them if I realize I'm not using them right away. In theory they might last a week in the fridge, but I wouldn't necessarily count on it. (I sometimes find that they've gotten questionable much faster than that, and can go from questionable to much worse surprisingly fast, too. It seems kind of unpredictable, there must be some factor involving the beans themselves that I dont fully understand)
But maybe there's some special secret to making them keep better that I don't know?
