Touring Greece: Athens, Rhodes, Crete, Santorini, Delphi, Olympia - Suggestions Welcome

I am taking a trip in a few weeks to Greece, it is my first time. I have read the boards here and have several good suggestions for Athens and a few for Santorini and Crete, but didn't see much for Rhodes or some of the smaller destinations.

Also, More suggestions on Santorini and Crete as we will be in both places for several days would be appreicated. We are very eclectic eaters, almost no restrictions, but we are looking for moderately priced options as it is a long trip and we don't have an unlimited amount to spend a food. A splurge here or there, but in general good food at good prices.

In general we really like places that are not geared to the tourists, but are where the locals go. Of course if it's great, it's great no matter who it's geared to.

Thank you for all your thoughts.

In Santorini I would recommend Selene for a splurge and Nikolas for good food at a good price. Nikolas doesn't have a menu if I recall correctly so you need to be open to suggestion and seeing what the specials are that day.
