Curious, does anyone know of a bar/bartender in the general LA area who can successfully make one of these? I can't imagine they taste that great, but I'd love to see how it's done.
Never heard of this before so I did a search. Seems to be a technique more than a specific drink. I.E., the B-52 shooter is technically a pousse cafe because it uses liquors of different density to create layers. At least I found a video!
