This would be for a work dinner for ~20. So far they're talking about His Lordships.... please save me. I think ethinic foods are out and price point needs to be moderate.

Might be able to take over the upstairs at Fonda (?) if that isn't too 'ethnic'....well, that is Albany, but perhaps close enough. I've never eaten at Adagia, but it has a private dining room, most reports are positive, and prices per the website appear to be moderate:
