I have company in this weekend, one of whom is vegan. We're supposed to eat out on Saturday night, but I'm at a loss to find a place that is vegan friendly. Suggestions?
Thanks!

If you're willing to travel over to Malvern, I'd recommend Su Tao. It's a vegan chinese restaurant with a wonderful buffet. I always stuff myself silly there...

I second Su Tao, it is great. Another option is Devi Indian in Exton, although it may only be vegetarian and not vegan.

Chiming in again re: Devi -- I tried it for the first time a month or so ago, and have to say that if I never go back, it will be much too soon. The place was packed, but the food was truly awful and the service even worse (couldn't get a refill on our sodas or water to save our lives -- yes, it was busy, but still...). The dosas, which are supposed to be their specialty, were very bland.

There are a number of other veg-friendly indian places in that area which are much, much better -- Himalaya, which is a few doors down from Su Tao, comes to mind. But yes, they're not exclusively vegetarian, and many of the dishes would be vegetarian rather than vegan.

Must have gone downhill. I've only been there once, close to 3 years ago. Himalaya is a favorite of mine, but there is a huge thread on the Indian restaurants of rt. 30, Malvern, KofP elsewhere... Felafelboy seems to have the most knowledge in this area.
