Lunchbreak places near Presidential Circle, Hollywood Blvd?

I just started working in the presidential circle building (4000 Hollywood blvd, 33021) and I have no idea what the good spots around here are. I have a 1h-1h15min lunchbreak so I'd need to get there, eat and come back within the timeframe.

Anything but chinese is fine. All price ranges with emphasis on inexpensive and moderate :)

Thank you in advance!

    1. now that most of the tourist have left traffic and getting in and out at lunch should be faster. downtown hollywood is very close by with many restaurants on both hollywood blvd. and harrison street.

Not much in that area. You can grab a decent lunch in downtown Hollywood and get back in time. Here is a post regarding some spots.

Doris market has good sandwich/lunch specials (boarshead meats and italian dishes) It's basically take out but they do have a couple of tables out front.

Giorgio's on the inter-coastal is inexpensive and good but you will be cutting it close on time.
I would try to get to Armadillo Beach near Sheridan and US1, if possible. Great gourmet sands and salads. Nothing on this list comes close.
Nakorn (dowtown sushi and thai) has a good lunch special
Pizza Rustica recently opened in downtown. Still working out the kinks but the South Beach locations are great.
Mauro's for a slice in dowtown.
        Not much else nearby..
