Dinners in Liberty/Siler City NC?

birgator Apr 18, 2007 03:16 PM

Will be spending three nights in Liberty/Siler City NC -- not exactly the culinary mecca of the world. Have had some deplorable meals in the past but surely there is something "chow-ish" around? Will be parking vehicle at antique show so dependent on designated driver to maneuver the roads which means no trips to Hillsboro, etc.

    See here:

Blue Mist is probably a twenty minute drive from Siler City.

In Asheboro, A Taste of Thai kept me alive and sane the short time I lived there as it was the only restaurant (besides Blue Mist) whre you could get a good meal. The green curry is my all time favorite. Be aware though that the city is dry so you must bring your own wine if that is important to you.
