Double chocolate cake from Epicurious Help!!
This is a nice glaze that is very smooth and lighter than ganache. You'll want to glaze the cooled cake immediately after making the icing, because the heat of the melted butter helps it to spread easily.
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon butter or stick margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon light-colored corn syrup
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.
