Keens is good and monstrous but for some reason I prefer Wollensky Grill's. I never tried the Palm's but will check it out now.

Keens. It's delicious, and looks like it was cut off a brontosaurus. I had it last time I went there, and despite having only a salad to start out, I couldn't even finish the prime rib.

+1 on Keens. Outstanding and Flinstonian. All lamb dishes are great too.

I don't know if it the best but Houston's has it on their menu. I've never had it but I've seen other people's and it looks really good.

It's one of Keen's specialties. I was there 2 weeks ago for the first time and my Dad ordered the prime rib. I tried it and made me wish that was what I had ordered. Even took home a doggie bag to chew on the bone in pvt.

The Palm - 837 Second Avenue

It's Fred Flinstone-like in size and succulent.

Not sure if you've ever been to Peter Lugers but one thing they definitely don't have is prime rib. Thats besides the fact that it is in Brooklyn and this is the Manhattan board.

bobbyrab has it right! Ask for the end cut for a great piece of meat. It's usually enough for two meals.
