While at The Establishment Hotel (very cool) in Sydney, I couldn't get in to either Sushi E or Est. due to holiday closings over the Easter weekend. Any opinions as to whether I should make a special visit to these two restaurants during next trip to Sydney?
Est is well worth it.. or at least it was late last year. The moz, jambon, nectarine and cress salad was sublime.. (as it ought to be for $33AUD).. and any seafood Doyle turns his hand to, is bound to be pretty wowser
Their tasting menu looked great too, and seemed to be really good value.
Sushi E is on my "try before you die" list..if you do go, make sure you lets us know how it goes.
