Best Saigon-style pho in Westminster
Westminster is still my indoctrination of pho 13 years ago. I've tried it all over, and living in San Diego now, I've had quite a few good bowls. I prefer the more (southern?) taste of anise/clove in my broth. Where to get the best bowl of pho in Little Saigon? My folks live in Riverside, and they are junkies now....
