Looking for Solis Espresso Maker parts

countrycook Apr 17, 2007 05:51 PM

Hello: I'm trying to save a $$$$$$ coffee machine which is laid up for want of a $ piece of plastic. Does anyone know of a way to get Solis parts on-line? I'd rather not send snail mail and prayers to Switzerland. It's not under warranty (just over three years of highly caffeinated daily expressing) and frankly I can't remember which of the dozens of on-line importers I originally bought it from. Any contacts, success stories, sources? Thanks! Countrycook

I belive that Solis is owned by Saeco, as is Gaggia. You might try to find a Saeco showroom/service centre.

Espresso Parts is an excellent resource - I've bought from them myself. If you don't see what you need on their web site, be sure to call them. They frequently have smaller parts in stock that they don't show on their web site.

If Espresso Parts fails, try contacting the US importer (you're in the US, right?), Cafe West: www.cafewest.com .

Their support page says " If you need our assistance, please contact us by calling toll free 1-888-437-8340. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST."
