South Philly - Friday Night w/ Kids

CT hounds are going to be in South Philly this Friday night with the kids. Looking for a recommendation for dinner. Specifically, the preference is Italian - a local place with great red sauce pasta, veal/chicken parm, fettucine alfredo - that sort of thing. Moderate/casual places will probably work best!

Any thoughts/ideas?

The place you just described is Marra's on Passyunk Avenue between Moore and Morris Sts. They also serve great brick oven pizza.

Marra's is a great choice. Excellent pizza, as kid-friendly as any south philly italian spot can be, good red gravy Italian, large portions, moderately priced...
