Do you like how "Boards" is configured?

Clicking on the word "Boards" leads me to a list of all unread posts, which I never use because, why, as a mostly non-traveling type in So Cal, do I care about Manhattan or Tokyo?

If I want the Boards list, I have to click on the little down arrow. This only took me about 2 months to remember, and I still don't like it because the arrow is so small.

I know I could click on the cluttery ugly tag cloud, but it changes all the time, which sort of defeats the purpose of a board list on the home page.

If I am not logged in, I log in and am taken where? To the useless unread posts.

If there were anyway "Boards" could lead to boards, that would make me so happy.
