HELP! Manhattanite in Mallorca - Where do I need to Eat? NO Wasabi Cream!

So I just landed in Mallorca and all the places recommended to me were lame "forward thinking" interpretations of Mallorcan cuisine. One place had wasabi cream on the menu and I cringed. I am based in Deia and am looking for places that run the gamut from white tablecloth to simple and straight-forward. I do not however want any creams, emulsions or foams. If I wanted those, I woundn't have left the other island in the first place. Help! Please I need the good stuff here.

Thank you to all in advance!

If you're still there, then try C'an Antun in Fornalutx.

Good solid versions of Mallorcan classics like Sopas or Frito Mallorquina as starters. Mains follow a similar line - rabbit with onions.

It's a while since I've eaten there, but I have a family member who originates from Soller who rates this this as best in the area for authenticity. Probably best to book as it gets busy - tourists early in the evening, locals later. Great place - go with an appetite..
