Could anybody guesstimate for me what I should expect to pay at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse [in Annapolis, if it matters at all...] for two people?

I'd really appreciate it.

Have never gone to RC's for one simple reason...I like my steak rare. These people serve the steak on a hot platter. Doesn't that continue to cook the steak?

Yes it continues to cook the steak. But you can remove it from the platter and eat it off the bread plate.

RC is for the butter deprived. Those seeking quality steak might want to look elsewhere.

In places like Ruth's it is smarter to split sides - you don't have to have your own.

Unless you have a lobster like I do, and I can rack up almost a hundred bucks on my own...

About $100 total for a salad, app. and entree each. Add any booze and tip on top of that.

Believe it or not they do a great grilled swordfish that always seems to be one of the specials.

Keep in mind that dishes come ala carte here. Two entrees and two sides with one glass of wine (my dining companion did not drink) and a dessert (one to share) ran $110 without tax or tip. Pricey, but good. Hope this helps.
