Greek festival - Hollywood
I hear there is a Greek festival in Hollywood this weekend. Does anybody know anything about it? If so, please share any details about what past experiences have been like and if there are any Chow-worthy victuals there.
You have to take a shot - most Greek Fests have "fast food gyros" or bake sale type stuff brought in by parish members.

You can dine on nearby Greek cuisine at Thira on US1 at Hallandale Beach Blvd, Taverna Opa on the Intracoastal just over the bridge to A1A @ 410 N.Ocean Dr. (it gets louder later in the evening with dancing and plates breaking - we sit outside by the water instead)... Actually Lester's Diner on SR 84 (just east of 95) is Greek owned and makes some really delicious and inexpensive Greek dishes. I've had the chicken and feta and the Greek Salad - both very good.
