Tell me your thoughts.....

Taking out of town family there for pre-theater/birthday party/3 generations. Other spots I should consider in the theatre district? does rene pujol end up being quite a bit more?

  1. In my view, the food at Rene Pujol is better than Le Madeleine's, and the ambiance is nicer. As far prices go, even if Rene Pujol would cost more, I think it's worth it. However, you may have certain budgetary constraints, so the best thing to do is to check the prices on their websites and compare.

    1. I've been a regular at Le Madeleine for years now-it's my pre-theater spot. I've always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere...solid, good value.
That said...3 generations? I don't know the top age, but-If you are going pre-theater, it is quite loud and the tables are close together-the garden room is a bit quieter, but still loud.
