Curried Goat Sopes at Linkery (San Diego)

Josh Apr 14, 2007 06:47 PM

Had this for dinner last night, and I thought it was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten there. The goat tasted like it was rubbed w/ curry, then smoked. Goat was pretty lean, very tender, and had a rich, deep, lamb-like flavor. Portion size was pretty good - three large sopes. I believe menu changes happen on Thursday, so you should be able to get this for the next few nights. I suggest doing so!

You ate my goat !! - I was yesterday at Linkery but unfortunately they were out of goat but the sopes with lamb were still amazing. Had also a great pork belly appetizer and don't miss the Oaxacan chocolate ice cream.
