Lake Como Recommendations?
My mother is going to be visiting the Lake Como area for a couple of days. She is travelling with a friend and neither have been there before. Can anyone offer some advice on where to go/avoid? What are some of the better dining options that are not at the high end when it comes to price? Where do you find good, rustic, regional, fresh cuisine?

A few years ago we stayed at Hotel Silvio in Bellagio. They have a restaurant frequented by locals. The owner drops his nets in the lake daily for the dinner menu. Not expensive. They have a website I believe.
