Brazillian BBQ in PNW???
It's pretty darn good, especially given its price ($28), which is about half that of higher end places like Fogo de Chao. I really like the mustard injected sirloin. My favorite thing, though, is the pineapple. Beg for it and take lots of extra when it comes around. A bit of it along with any of the meats is fantastic.
Make sure you make your requests known. If you want rare meat, tell them. If you want charred edges, tell them. If you want more of one thing or another, tell them. And don't be afraid to say no to one thing and ask for another.
