Curry Bread Westside?

Now that Famima Westwood is no more, where can I get curry bread in West LA? Do they sell it at Nijiya or Mitsuwa? Any bakeries? Hurry Curry?

I would prefer not to drive to the promenade or West Hollywood (frankly the curry bread at Famima wasn't that super fantastic). But, I will drive a ways for non-Famima CB if it is superlative.

Thanks in advance!

I would recommend the one at Curry House above Nijiya. It might be on the menu, but I found out through a friend who told me that I could just go in and order curry-pan without having to dine or order anything else off the menu. It's fresh and if I remember correctly, you can get a "spicy" one. It's better than the ones sold at Nijiya in the plastic bag.

In case you haven't had a chance to go by the intersection of Venice and Overland, another Famima is on the southwest corner in the shopping center. Technically it is Culver City, but it's just across the street from the neighborhood of Palms which seems inclusive of West LA...

What is this? I love Trader Joe's Tandori Nan to snack on or make a sanwhich with.

I can't recommend trying this at Famima; too greasy by far & frozen.
