Looking for recipes to go with this asian inspired Duck

Im having a little get together to kick off this fantastic new grill I got. Me and my girlfriend are really hoping you guys could help us get inspired with some appatizers, sides, desserts and maybe cocktails. We're looking for more chinese style recipes but anything would be much apprieciated!
I would think you'd want something fairly light on the side. What about steamed broccoli with a drizzle of lemon juice and perhaps a bit of minced garlic and/or ginger? You could even throw all of that together in a baggie before cooking the broccoli, then grill that if you're set on grilling everything.
Potstickers for appetizers. You can get some pretty decent pre-made ones at stores. Or you can go all out and make your own.
For dessert, grill some fruit kebabs and serve with a sweet dip.
Drinks. Wine and beer!
why don't you stir fry some chinese veggies like bokchoy, chinese broccoli, pea shoots, pea tendrils, hollow water spinach, etc? You could stir fry them in a little sesame oil or soy sauce and maybe add some salted black beans or whatever. I wouldn't suggest stir frying all those veggies together.
I love cucumber asian salads - really tangy and light and a bit spicy, and they go well with almost any asian dish. Best of all, you can make them ahead of time. I know epicurious has at least one (and probably more). Maybe a mango or coconut sorbet for dessert?
