America's Best Food Festivals

One of my dreams is to someday take a summer (or a year!) and travel around America with a bunch of friends attending various food festivals.

Even though this is only a dream for right now, I would love to hear about the various food festivals occuring in your neck of the woods. So far I've only been fortunate enough to attend the Boston Chowder Fest (or Chowdah Fest to us locals), DC BBQ Festival, and a rather lame Garlic Festival in Del Ray Beach, FL.

So let's hear it....best food festivals in your area. The more details the better! :)
