Toronto Food Obsessed? Overhauling 'licious
i just thought i'd share some more food news about toronto... seems that things are getting pretty interesting for the food side.
i'm not sure how the can really make 'licious any better besides monitoring a restaurant from start to finish. chain involvement leaves me on either side of the fence, perhaps they'll be more consistent but will they really be producing interesting food?
are councillors filion (street food advocate) and feldman foodies?

Interesting article. I think letting chains participate will be the death knell for 'licious.
The only way to get the event to work better is to get the restaurants more enthusiastically on board with the program. And that is difficult since at the end of the day it usually comes down to food costs and wait staff tips.
Thanks for the news on Toronto street meat.... I was literally dancing with excitement when I read the articles. Finally.
