Graduation Dinner

Does anyone know a fun and maybe nice place to eat at for a graduation celebration in midtown or downtown manhattan. I am graduating and can't decide where to eat at that would be fun and someplace I wouldn't be able to eat at everyday.

      Cuisine is anything and budget is not an issue. This is for a special occasion. I just want someplace that is fun. That is my only requirement!!

        if you have a fair number of people you might be able to get the back room at freemans. If you dont need a place for a large group, public is always fun and has great / different food.

      I like Rosa Mexicano North of Union Square. You should know that it is a chain, but it doesn't feel like it, OR TASTE LIKE IT. The atmosphere is half fun half fancy. The pomegranate margaritas are really good, but really strong. The chocolate soufflé with tomatillo sauce is my favorite dessert ever.
