Whole wheat bread
Tonight I made my 1st attempt at whole wheat bread, using the recipe on the back of King Arthur Flour White Whole Wheat bag... Tastes great, but sure is nothing to look at.
Does anyone have any tips to get the top nicer looking? This recipe has 3/4 cup ground walnuts (I sub'd pecans), so maybe using more nuts on top? Brushing with butter or egg? Anything to look more appealing.
