PDX: l'Astra?

There's a little bistro on NE 7th just north of East Burnside, newish, called l'Astra. People on Citysearch love it, mostly, but Citysearch is about as reliable as Zagat's. Any Hounds have input? My search finds me no Hound reviews. . .

Perhaps I should get more specific... The spouse and I have had numerous, lovely lunches. I remember some very good pressed sandwiches on excellent bread. The fillings were gruyere and swiss chard, ham, and carmelized onions. I had an amazing cream of carrot soup. And a sprightly beet salad with curly endive, orange sections and fresh cheese crumbles. Their quiches are perfect, and so is their attitude. I know they change their menu often to keep up with what's in season and available. The space is small and quirky but intimate. I know all the business folk around the neighborhood have fallen in love with the place -- even some of their competitors! That's a great vote of confidence. I can't wait to go back!

Comments on PortlandFood.org have been mostly positive, especially given the price which is relatively inexpensive for the type of food. I keep meaning to go, but always forget about it, perhaps because Biwa and Le Pigeon call my name.
