Wow Indian Food Worthwhile in Vallejo

Finally there appears to be an option for good (not outstanding but good) Indian food in Vallejo. Right of Georgia street exit from 80 there is the India Garden restaraunt. Seems to be connected in some way with the Chaat and Sweet House at the bottom of University Ave. in Berkeley.

The food was good mainstream Indian fare.

Yes, more details please. If it's the place I'm thinking of, visible from 80, I have spoken to a few people about it and none of us has ever seen it open for business. Even though it seems to have been there for almost 1 year.
