Anybody seen this in thai restaurants, preferably South Bay?
Not Thai, but on the Ch4 news last weekend, they showed the chef/owner of Straits make this... so Straits at Santana Row would have it.
I've had it at Ana Mandara (upscale Vietnamese) in SF.
I had a great one at Saigon City in Berkeley. I presume it's just as good at the chef's new place, Bui.
