Best Friday Happy Hour Food Specials in CC?

I am meeting some friends downtown (around 4:30 p.m.) before the Phillies game on Friday night. Does anyone know of good happy hour food specials (drinks wouldn't hurt either) in the Center City area? Thanks!

The new Mexican Post at 16th and Cherry has $4 food and $3 margaritas on Fridays. It's just across the Parkway from Tir Na Nog. Get there early though, as the place gets packed on Fridays.

Stripped Bass has an amazing spread of complimentary food at the bar on Fridays.

McCormick and Schmick's has $1.95 food items at the bar, with, I believe, a two-drink minimum. I think their Happy Hour is from 4-5:30 or 6pm. They are located next to City Hall, and it would be easy to catch the subway down to the game afterward. I would call to verify hours. A sample happy hour menu is on this page, lower right:

Thanks!! I've never been to McCormick's so maybe I'll try there. Love Samsom St too... hmmm. I will throw those ideas out to my friends. We all work around City Hall so those are both really close too!

If shellfish is your thing, the bar at The Samsom St. Oyster House has 1/2 price specials on some seafood cocktails at the bar in that time period.
They may even have some drink specials, but I go for the oysters and clams.
