ok, so my best friends birthday is coming up and we want a fun and more lively place, since I know that we can get pretty loud as well. I have a feeling that Clio, No. 9, radius and all those places will be too quiet for our small but slightly "rowdy" group. needs to have really good food though since we are all sort of "foodies", and she can be picky sometimes. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks a bunch!

Last Friday I took a rowdy group of 9 to Pho Republique for dinner and we had a terrific time. It was my first time and I had heard amazing things and they really lived up to their reputation. The atmosphere was fun, the service was great (and they were packed!) and the prices were very reasonable. And with groups of 6 or more they take reservations.

What about Teatro? I haven't been in about a year, but I enjoyed my meal and the place was definitely loud and lively. I also heard the food at the Good Life has come around. I would also recommend Union Bar and Grill, 28 Degrees, and Masa in the South End - all lively with good food. You may also want to consider Om in Cambridge, as well as Green Street Grill, and Cuchi Cuchi. Have Fun:)
