They do have combos that you can order. My favorite meat is tongue. Enjoy and let us know how it went.

re: justagthing
Went last night and had a great meal. We ordered two different types of Galbi (one was a little sweeter than the other, unfortunately I can't remember what type of marinades since I didn't do the ordering as my friend had been many times), an order of tongue, and a raw beef dish. The tongue was awesome, better than the tongue I've had at yakuniku places. The two different Galbis were good; at first I liked the sweet one better, but it got to be too sweet after a few pieces. The Raw beef was a nice change up. It was served in a sesame oil, sesame seed, and green onion marinade/sauce; kind of like poke made with raw beef instead of tuna. The raw beef came with shoestring slices of pear, and these were great palate cleansers. And of course we had about 9 different kinds of kimchi and other side dishes and salad that they bring for free. Also had a nice cold cinnamon tea at the end. All this and two large Hites, filled up 3 people for about $100 plus tip. I'll be back

re: I got nothin
Most likely the 2 types of galbi you had were yang-num (marinated) and saeng (unmarinated). The yang-num galbi does tend to be sweet there but out of all the korean restaurants in OC, I think Lighthouse is the best. Next time you go, don't order the shrimp - such a rip off b/c its brought to you frozen and its mad expensive. Stick with the meats.
