Restaurant recommendation for large group

Hi, I need to organize a group dinner for 40 people for Wednesday. Can someone recommend a good place? price range -- I am looking to spend 40 - 60 per person. Ideally the location would be close (short cab ride) to the water front (the new boston convention center).
