Little Belmont Cafe?

When I headed down Harbor in Belmont today in search of a gas station, I noticed the sign for Little Belmont Cafe offering up breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's near the freeway. What's it like?

  1. Just went there for the first time today for breakfast. Breakfast fare is like any average diner, with standard selections ranging from $6-10. Husband ordered the Mexican omelet and thought it was way too overpowering - they really loaded up the chorizo and peppers. I got a ham/cheese omelet and it was fine - a bit greasy, but ok. Actually, come to think about it, everything there was really greasy. Hash browns were overcooked - came completely crispy with a thick layer of oil underneath. Service was good - refills came promptly and they cleared our plates quickly after we finished. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back, as there are lots of other places similar to this without the grease.

Thanks for giving it a look-see! Sounds like a stick-to-the-ribs kinda place.
