title says it all folks...

The ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever received bar none. Not only did we wait forever for any service whatsoever but when we finally did get service it was rude and not even close to satisfactory.

Please save yourselves the trouble and pass this place by next time you see it. I truly hope that this place cannot survive in the harsh bay area restaurant business climate. The food was strictly Ok but the service was so bad that while we were there we witnessed two separate tables walk out on their orders without paying. Our drinks were never asked to be refilled despite the waitress walking by several times and obviously noticing that we could have used a refill. Normally, I wouldn't expect top-notch service out of a pizza place, but this was so ridiculous that I am actually impressed with the lack of concern for customer service.

When we got home my girl-friend called to talk to the manager and let him know that they need to get it together, and was met with a non-chalant attitude and a general dis-concern.

I'm sorry to outright bash a place, but this was experience was so appalling and I will remember it for a long time to come. I genuinely urge all of you to never eat at this restaurant, EVER.

i'm done, thanks for listening.

  1. This would be marginally more helpful if there was location information on this post. Does SFO mean in the airport or in SF?

Googling "pizzaria" doesn't bring back any hits in the Bay Area. Is Pizzaria the full name? or is it misspelled? or so new no-one knows about it yet?

sorry about the misshap.. the actual name is pizzaria SFO and yes there are a couple locations.... fremont and oakland... I ate at the oakland location.. but it was sooo bad that i wont go to either should i be in fremont and need some food.

Yes, the Oakland one (Jack London Square) used to be a Pizzeria Uno. I was surprised they named it after SFO when OAK was quite a lot closer.

I was there once, and had a decent enough experience. It was many years ago, though. Certainly it isn't a place I would try to return to. The nearby Leaning Tower and Amazona's are much nicer.
