This was written up in The Oregonian on 4/1 in a column by Gerry Frank. Anyone been there?

    Yes. There should be several threads. I don't think it's as good as Biwa, though they have some different emphases. I don't think their sushi is as good as Hakatamon or Mio, either, and definitely worse than Murata or Hiroshi. A friend went there fairly recently and he always loved them and thought they had taken a serious nosedive in quality. You might want to look at Yuzu if you're on the west side. I haven't been there yet, but people on PortlandFood.org seem to like it.

      In my opinion this place has always been overrated and not worth the trip unless you're in Hillsboro. So if it's gone downhill lately, I'd truly steer clear.

        Probably not worth the drive now with Biwa and others around. Their grilled items were pretty good, but the sushi and noodles were lackluster on my visits.
