I was kind of hammered by the time I made it to Kuma (it was St. Patty's Day), but it was really, really excellent. I did some sort of tasting - tried a whole flight of appetizers. Will def. be back soon!

My favorites were the seared ahi tuna and mussels...oh, and you HAVE to have the panna cotta for dessert. It's amazing!

Second the chinese sausage on its own, as well as in the chicken rice side dish. The pork belly was quite good, as was the scallop dish, although the edamame was a little disappointing (the flavoring doesn't stay on that well) as was the salmon dish (a little fishy). The tofu was also good, especially with bites of the basil. Lovely service -- very down-to-earth. Enjoy.

I also am a fan of the chinese sausage. It's quite addictive. The seaweed salad was a revelation in taste and texture. I could've had 3 orders of that. If adobo is on the specials menu, be sure to order it. Tender chunks of rib floating in a salty-tangy sauce of vinegar and soy sauce? How can you go wrong.

Do stay away from the fried rice, though. The vegetable fried rice was pretty bland and disappointing.
