Sagra now serving lunch

Went to Sagra for dinner last night and found out that they've started serving lunch. We had a chance to look at the menu - pizzas and panini. The panini sound yummy (ranging from caprese to short rib). I may have to play hooky and come home for lunch one of these days...

I hate to be the one to reply to my own post :-)

Sagra is now serving lunch on Saturday, so I was finally able to check it out. They serve panini, pizza, appetizers, and some pasta. Since I can get everything else at dinner, I really wanted to try the panini. I had the prosciutto - prosciutto, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, and evoo on a toasted, airy baguette. Yum. Fresh, simple, and light. My DC had the steak and caciocavallo panini. She said it was like the best Italian steak sub she'd had. The panini are served with homemade mezzalune potato chips (made from their mezzalune potates).

Thanks for the heads up! What were the lunch prices like? Reasonable enough for a typical weekday meal?

The panini are $6 - 8 and the pizze are $9 - 10. Not sure about the appetizers, but I guess they're priced as the same as dinner.
