Cocktails around Santa Monica/Bundy?

Pei Apr 5, 2007 02:47 PM

Please save me from going to Busbee's.

I suggested Nook, but the girls want cocktails. And they don't want to drive more than 5 blocks or so (I know. So lazy). Where can we go for cocktails, and a few bites?

Perhaps Violet? But the website lists only wine; do they have cocktails?

I think that Violet has a full bar, but not positive. Arsenal is nearby and I love their sweet potato fries. En Sushi has a full bar and their sushi rolls are edible. Punch Grill (around 30th and Wilshire) would also probably work.

Hello... How 'bout the Daily Grill at 2501 Colorado blvd in Santa Monica (in the 'Colorado Center' complex). 3 hours parking below, with validation, or valet. Food, cocktails, and wine too...

How about Drago on Wilshire or Pacific Dining Car (ditto)? Good cocktails and not a scene.

          there's q's near wilshire/bundy *but i guess that's more of a guy's place than a girl's) but there's also the place next door (mexican & cocktails). there's also literari ii on wilshire/bundy.

arsenal is a good idea. as is don antonio's - pico near bundy.
