nigella's chocohotopots.... for later. how?

I want to assemle the chocohotpots, and then bake them while we are eating. (they are just melted chocolate, butter, eggs and a little flour). If I assemble them ahead of time, would refrigerating them alter the texture? It would be about 3 hours. thanks for any help.

    I have often put the filled rammekins in the refrigerator for, say, 2 hours or so, then cooked them while we're eating dinner. It works fine.

      i just made these the other day. i made the batter about an hour or so before baking, and i just kept it in a big bowl on the counter. I didn't put them into the ramekins until right before going into the oven. it was fine. i would think that you could refrigerate them since you'll be waiting 3 hours. just give it a good stir before putting them into the ramekins. so delicious!

        I don't know why I didn't think about storing them NOT in the ramekins. how obvious, thanks!
