Sensa Granite

Does anyone have any experience with this product? It's real granite that has a coating applied that lasts long enought for them to offer a 15 year warrenty. We're building a new home and will be doing some type of stone countertops, quartz or granite. This is also very nicely priced, $58-$70 installed.

The warranty only applies to stains. I'm sure heat will destroy the coating.
