VEGAS, fun special dinner for 2, any ideas?

Looking for a special experience for 2 foodies for one night in Vegas. We would like something not too stuffy or over the top, but memorable and delicious. We are going next week, so hopefully this is a place that we can make a reso short notice.
Where should we go?
Thanks for the help, CHers!

    1. My boyfriend and I went to Bartolotta Del Mare at the Wynn for our 2 year anniversary. It was the perfect evening!!! Request (& insist) on a table outside; we had to wait about 30 minutes, but it was totally worth it. We did the tasting menu and everything was fantastic. The service was exceptional and the chef even came out to make sure everything was okay.

Sorry, was a reply to below...

      2. Without knowing your budget L'Atelier de Robuchon, Picasso, Wing Lei (when making reso, ask if Chef Chen would do a tasting),..have fun!

I second Picasso if you can sit outside on the patio. There is no better place than the patio of Picasso when the weather is right! Food is always prepared expertly (although over the years the menu has lacked any imagination and change) and the service is flawless yet not stuffy. Memorable to me is dining on the patio as the fountains of the Bellagio do their stuff!
