Was thinking about the days when I used to go to my grandmother's house during Passover and she would make me a soft matzo filled with scrambled eggs - she had a metal flat grate if you will that she put the matzo in over boiling water until it softened and then layed the scrambled egg in it and rolled it up ( like a burrito ) -
Am I having a distorted memory? Has anyone else eaten something like this? Does the thingy for softening the matzo still exist???
