Anyone have recommendations for good UDON noodle soup restaurants in the New Brunswick-Princeton corridor? Not fancy, but similar to what Dosanko used to be.
I'm guessing you mean Japanese style Udon. If you want to try a Korean/Chinese style udon you can try Edison Noodle House or China Star..
DOSANKO dumplings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all the rave in the early 90's. Hope someone responds cause I would love to check it out too!! I hear Yum Yum in Skillman is decent. Not sure if i have the correct name...
Passably edible Udon soup at the Teriyaki Boy in Princeton Marketfair on Route 1. Nothing great, but decent, especially the chicken version....
