Food folks,

I am doing an event in Chicago and need to work with an emerging chef/caterer for a focused food pairings. Althought based in NY, I recently went to Alinea and have been incredibly excited by the Chicago food scene more broadly (certainly not just the avant guarde theatrics of Alinea).

Any recommendations would be super appreciated!

Are you looking for food pairings for a meal in an existing restaurant? (If so, I would consider some of our most creative restaurants like Graham Elliot Bowles's Avenues, Michael Carlson's Schwa, or Homaro Cantu's Moto.) Or are you looking for a top chef who is primarily a caterer and more willing to do things at other sites?
