Help with New York May visit?
We are visiting New York in Mai and would appreciate adivce for our restaurant bookings. We will go to the Nobu on Franklin Street one evening and would like to have a good advice for the other nights. The restaurants should have great food, should have a great atmosphere and should not be too expensive (not the per se for example). Thanks for your advice.

With literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from (and just about all of them not in Per Se's cost category), you need to provide specifics in order to narrow things down so we can make appropriate suggestions. What cuisines do you prefer? Do you want casual or fancier? What do you consider "great atmopshere"? (Some people like a high energy/noisy environment, while others prefer civilized, quiet, and romantic.) And "not too expensive" can mean different things to different people, so give us a per person dinner budget, and tell us if that figure includes alcoholic beverages, tax (nearly 9%) and tip (25%).

A few places serve prix fixe lunches for $25, great food and a great bargain. Perry St and Fleur de Sel are two of my favorites.
